Dying to Be Thin

For people whom have any eating disorders (AN, BN, OSFED, etc.) don't want recovery at this point in their life to talk about their lives without shame.

I went for a 25 minute fast walk today and did two 20 minute workouts. My body feels like jello.

Food: ~700 cals
Lunch: Yogurt: 170
Snack: Yogurt 80
Dinner:
Mashed potatoes: ~210
Quiche: ~290

Breakfast:
Chocolate protein shake - 160
Lunch:
Mio - 0
Raspberries (2 cups) - 128
Dinner:
Sausage - 180
Creamed spinach - 35
Chicken - 55
Pasta - 200
Alfredo sauce - 110
Snacks:
Chocolate covered strawberries (2) - 96
Hershey kisses (3) - 67

Not my best, but not my worst either. I'm liquid fasting tomorrow if anyone would like to join me.

I'm on day two of a liquid fast. I'm down to 211. New goal is 180 by May 14 cuz I have a concert I'm going to and I would love to be my high school weight by then.

Had a mini binge last night around 10. Back up to 214, but I know that's gotta be mostly food weight. Fasting today, no food, no drinks more than 0 cals. Going for a walk tonight. Was too tired this morning to go after not being able to sleep after my binge last night.
