So i find that i have a lot of weird safe foods. Some of mine are pretty high in calories (according to me).
My safe foods:
Cookie butter
Salsa
Hot cocoa
Creamer
Mints
Gum
Tea
Coffee drinks (most of them)
Skim milk

What are some of your safe foods?

Mine change a lot. Right now:

Frozen broccoli
Frozen corn/peas/carrots mixed
Chicken breast
Yogurt
Seeded crackers
Veggie straws
Coffee and tea, obviously, but I also feel safe having a teaspoon of coconut oil blended up into either one of them.
