My safe foods:
Cookie butter
Hot cocoa
Coffee drinks (most of them)

Mine change a lot. Right now:

Frozen broccoli
Frozen corn/peas/carrots mixed
Chicken breast
Seeded crackers
Veggie straws
Coffee and tea, obviously, but I also feel safe having a teaspoon of coconut oil blended up into either one of them.

My safe foods tend to stay the same with occasional changes :
Pre-bottled Starbucks drinks because although there not exactly that low calories they fill me up and energise me
Coffee obviously
Leafy greens
Taboulé a couscous salad thing
Smoked salmon
Brown bread
